Founding Pastor
Gerald Brown
Gerald and his wife, Amy, moved to the Lake Mary–Sanford area in 1998 to plant LifeWay Community Church. His relevant, high-energy teaching and sense of humor help people of every age connect with the unchanging truth of God’s love.
Worship Pastor
Terry Sindle
Terry creates space for God and His people to meet through worship. With more than ten years in worship ministry, he helps people connect with God, grow in faith, and respond to His goodness. He and his wife, Emily, have three children.
Care Pastor
Jason Turner
Born and raised in Sanford, Jason has a heart for people and a desire to see them grow in their walk with the Lord. His own story is a testimony to God’s transforming grace, and he wants everyone he meets to feel welcomed, valued, and cared for.
Director of Children’s Ministry
Joy Paikai
Joy’s passion is helping children grow in their relationship with God and with one another. After fourteen years in public and Christian education, she was called to full-time children’s ministry. She lives in Lake Mary with her husband, John, and their two children.
Director of Outreach & Connections
Grace Leasure
Grace helps people find meaningful connection at LifeWay and leads the church’s outreach into the Sanford community.
Administrative Assistant
Linda Fowler
Linda brings more than thirteen years of church staff experience to her role. Her passion is serving people and helping every ministry run smoothly so the team can stay focused on its calling. She and her husband, Bill, cherish time with their growing family.
Director of Facilities & Men’s Events
Sam Brown
Sam oversees LifeWay’s facilities and helps create men’s events that build connection, encouragement, and spiritual growth.
